As a landlord herself, Michelle knew there had to be a more effective way to let, rent and manage properties. So, she decided to develop a focused specialist lettings service.

Michelle has a Master’s degree in property law, an undergraduate degree in law and over 20 years’ experience working in the property and finance sectors, with particular skills in lettings, property management, sales and mortgages. She also owns and manages her own residential properties.
Michelle lived in Godalming for a number of years and worked as an Estate Agent there. She now lives in Cranleigh with her young family and knows the Surrey area and residential property market inside out.
Rebecca Harvey, Property Manager
Rebecca will be your dedicated and qualified property manager. ARLA-qualified, she is skilled at working with contractors and builds great long-term relationships with them, tenants and landlords alike. You’ll appreciate her knowledge of the letting and property management process, her efficiency and attention to detail.
Rose Bradford, Letting Administrator & Office Manager
Rose has a diploma for Professional Development in Office Management and has worked in administration for 13 years. In addition to her superb organisation skills, having lived in Cranleigh for 2 years she is in love with the countryside and stunning scenery. Rose has a passion for photography and along with keeping the office running smoothly, does most of the photography for our properties.
